    The extensive property investment experience and wealth of knowledge Anita gained over the last 15 years, she felt a real need to help clients prepare and plan for later in life ….

    “I bought my first investment property at the age of 20. In just a few years it nearly doubled in value and I knew I was onto something. I devoured books about property investing, attended seminars and courses all around the country.

    I started buying and renovating houses, adding granny flats to existing dwellings, and even built townhouses from scratch and sub-divided vacant lots. I was determined to create a different life. Over the years, I have transacted more than 38 properties and utilised many different strategies to build the portfolio – I have walked the walk and now know what works and what doesn’t and why.”
